This Package is designed to give your new company an Established

Image with multiple office addresses, staff, toll free numbers,

voicemail and much more.
 

  • A completed new corporation or limited liability company with the name of your choice. ( Also supplied is a filed copy of the articles for your files)
  • A company kit for organization as well as stock certificates, bylaws, and useful information.

  • Resident Agent Services 2 years ($50 each year there-after)
  • Use of three addresses to use as your own, where mail can be received and handled according to your instructions. (Postal Form 1583 will be supplied to be filled out by you. Any minutes over 200 will be billed at .99 per minute for rep time on with clients and callers.

Investment is a total of $1,995.00 US,  sometimes this price is hundreds of dollars less than the cost of having an attorney ONLY fill out the legal paperwork for you!

We think it is rather difficult for you to NOT portray an Established Image with this package!
