This package was designed for the new entrepreneur.  With our

Entrepreneur Package you can give your company that extra push

needed to succeed. With a full staff of people that answer your new

toll free number in your company name and the way you want it done,

to a real office address that can be used as your own and much more!

  • Resident Agent Service for first year is included. ($50 each year thereafter)
  • Use of one address (your choice of our available 3) to use as your own, where mail can be received and handled according to your instructions. (Postal Form 1583 will be supplied to be filled out by you. We must submit to the post office as we are a registered C.M.R.A. (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency). This package will be for a period of 3 months (aside from address use and mail - which is for 1 year) from the creation day or the sale to you of your new company. All phone numbers and fax numbers as well as office addresses can be utilized for websites, advertising, marketing etc.  During the 3 months, the first 200 minutes are included per month and there will be no charge. Any minutes over 200 will be billed at .99 per minute for rep time.

Investment is a total of $595.00 US, hundreds and hundreds of dollars if not over a thousand less than the cost of having an attorney ONLY fill out the legal paperwork for you!
