Please keep in mind
that according to the Laws of the State of Nevada, your company cannot
have a name similar to any existing corporation in the state.
For Corporations - The name must
also have the word Incorporated, or Corporation, Inc., Ltd., Company, CO.,
or Corp in it. Examples: ABC Diner Inc. or ABC Corporation or ABC
Incorporated etc...
For LLC's -
If an LLC, name must end in LLC, L.L.C., or
Limited Liability Company.

Expedite Company Formation costs $135 and we'll have documents in 24hrs.
Please keep in mind that usually it only takes about a week for normal
service. In peak times it has taken about 2 weeks or more but that's
rare. Why not save the $135 and be a little patient. So unless you are in
a serious rush, don't expedite and save the $135.

Payment Information - We no longer accept wire transfers. We
apologize for any inconvenience. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Paypal, Check by Phone, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Please
keep in mind that funds must clear BEFORE order is processed and company
formed.

Company Type - If you are creating a Limited Liability
Company, choose LLC. If you are creating a corporation choose

Initial Director is for a corporation and initial member is
for LLC's. This is the person that we hand the documents to that makes
your company legal.
