Cost for creating a Limited Liability Company or Corporation is $155.00.
This includes a file-stamped copy of the Articles of Incorporation
(corporation) or Articles of Organization ( LLC). The copy is not needed
to form your company but it seems 95% of clients prefer to have a copy
since it is considered the birth certificate for your company. Regular
filing is said to take approx 3-4 weeks, but in reality if you have a
little patience a week isn't impossible. It's actually normal for us as we
can pick up your documents right at the office of the Secretary of State

Expedite ($135)
We'll pick up the documents from Secretary of State in just 24 hours -
then fax you the documents! Cost is $125 state fee plus $10 for for our
processing and time. Total of $135 in addition to the Basic cost above - and you
can have any company manned, with addresses, staff, toll free numbers etc.
if you chose one of our packages.
Registered Agent Service ( We waive
first year as a courtesy - most charge around $100 a year!)- Our cost
is $75 a year to maintain your status with us as your registered agent,
per year. If you wish to prepay for resident agent services, you may do so
in a 3 month increments and at a reduced rate of $40 per year if paying 3
years up front.
Fedex Ovenight - $20 otherwise we are sending
your paperwork by snail mail (US Postal Service), which normally takes 3-4
days within the United States and 1.5 weeks international if mailed to
most addresses in North America, Europe or Japan. If you live in
Africa, you are out of luck with snail mail. You will be lucky if
your documents arrive within 3 or 4 weeks if you want us to mail
them using the post office. As a general rule just keep in mind - private
industry is good and efficient, government is a waste of time and money so
any service they provide will always be sub-par compared to private
industry.
Certificate of Good Standing -
($65 - State Charge is $50) or certificate of
existence is a document issued by the Nevada Secretary of State
certifying that your corporation does exist legally and that it is in good
standing with the state. Many banks ask for this to open a bank account.
Find out from your local government what documents are needed for a
foreign company ( any company formed outside your home state is considered
a foreign entity) to open a bank account in your state.

Nevada Apostille - ($30
- State fee is $20)The United
States joined the Hague Convention (1961) in the early 1980's. The Hague
Convention's signing nations abolished the requirement of Legalization for
Foreign Public Documents. The Convention allows for the authentication of
public documents to be used by any citizens in the nations that signed the
Convention. The Apostille is issued by the Nevada Secretary of State.

EIN ( Employee
Identification Number) - This is a number that is assigned by
the I.R.S. (Internal Revenue Service) here in the United States. It is
used to identify taxpaying entities or persons (an EIN is a company's SSN)
that are required to file forms with the federal government on a yearly
basis. You MUST obtain an EIN if you form a corporation or LLC,
non-profit, partnership or or trusts. It is free to obtain from the
IRS. We can also fill out the paperwork for you for a fee of $15,
but why waste your money? Don't be lazy - The form takes only 5

Nominee Services
The bottom line is if you are going to have any control
over any bank account connected with your new company, the I.R.S. will
know you are connected to the company. That's a fact of life and all
of the offshore companies, nominee signers and managers and directors will
not help you escape from that FACT. We no longer offer this service
as we see it as a waste of time for anyone who simply plans to not break
tax and income laws.
